*Not intended for university transfer, but may be accepted at some institutions for transfer.
** It is recommended that students be ENG 101 ready prior to taking this course. _________________________________________________________________________
Candidates for certificate and diploma programs may substitute transfer level English or math courses for those required by their programs with departmental approval.
Effective January 2010, SPA 101 and SPA 105 will not be recognized as Humanities electives. These two courses will be recognized as approved Humanities credit for students who have previously taken them, are currently taking them or who have been advised to take them for the Fall (200910) term. Going forward the college will only accept SPA 102 ( with the prerequisite of SPA 101) as the approved Humanities elective.
