| The Building Analyst BPI Certification course will prepare students for BPI’s Building Analyst written and field tests and will open their eyes to a new way of thinking about residential buildings. They will come to understand how the house works as a system, why some homes fail, and how to use the latest building science technology to help resolve residential heating, cooling, base load, and air leakage problems. By using a “whole house” performance-based approach, students learn to address a comprehensive range of interrelated building issues and are able to provide their future clients with a more comfortable, safe, durable, and energy efficient home. |

| Constable In-service |
| State constables are administratively divided into three groups based on the need for authority: state constables for government entities retired police officers and stat constable auxiliary. These constables must complete an annual in-service training, provided by South Carolina's technical colleges, session each fiscal year in which the commission was issued. A copy of the in-service training certification must be submitted to the SLED Regulatory Department upon completion. |
