WorkKeys® is a standardized assessment system that matches prospective employees with the “real world” job skills that are needed to run a business.

Using a profiling process, Piedmont Tech works with businesses to identify the skill sets and levels that are needed among employees. We then administer the appropriate assessments to prospective workers to determine whether they fit the needs of your organization. Assessments are available in applied mathematics, reading for information, locating information, applied technology, observation, team work, listening, and writing.
