| First Year Sales: Pre License |
| This is the first step for those who want to list, sell, purchase, exchange, lease or dispose of real estate for others in the state of south Carolina. Qualifications for licensure include that you be a least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or a recipient of a certificate of equivalency; have proof of completing at least 60 hours of approved classroom instruction (this class fulfills this requirement); and receive a passing score on the state exam. In an effort to provide greater convenience to those seeking licensure in Real Estate Sales and Property Management, state examinations are now administered by PSI through computerized testing available six days a week in several locations. Test sites include Greenville, Columbia and Charleston. |
