Forklift Safety Training and Driving School
Safety training and driving instruction will enable you to earn a forklift license to operate a 4000# sit-down forklift. Licenses will be awarded to those who successfully complete the one-day training.

Real Estate
Broker B:  Exam Preparation
30 hours of the 150 hours required to become a broker ( 90 hours required for the salesperson's license may be used).  In addition to the hours, you will need three years of experience with a salesperson's license and pass a sate broker's exam.  This course will cover real property law; agency, federal and state laws; regulations; pricing of real property; contracts; finance; math; and closing statements.  Fee includes book.

First Year Sales:  Pre License
This is the first step for those who want to list, sell, purchase, exchange, lease or dispose of real estate for others in the state of south Carolina.  Qualifications for licensure include that you be a least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or a recipient of a certificate of equivalency; have proof of completing at least 60 hours of approved classroom instruction (this class fulfills this requirement); and receive a passing score on the state exam.  In an effort to provide greater convenience to those seeking licensure in Real Estate Sales and Property Management, state examinations are now administered by PSI through computerized testing available six days a week in several locations.  Test sites include Greenville, Columbia and Charleston.

Home Inspection
This 40 hour home inspection pre-licensing course is approved by the South Carolina Residential Builders Commission.  Successful completion of this course qualifies the student to take the Home Inspection exam.  This Home Inspection course meets the standards of practice and code of ethics of the American Society of Home inspectors, Inc. (ASHI).  Home Inspection covers structural systems, exterior, roof system, plumbing system, electrical system, heating and air conditioning system, interior, insulation and ventilation.   Textbook included.

Post-Licensing Final Sales
Post-Licensing is a 30-hour course in advanced real estate principles and practices, which is required by the S.C. Real Estate Commission to upgrade a provisional sales license. This course consists of five six-hour courses that are designed to be interactive and presented via multi-media.
