This course provides 30 hours of education required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission to receive a Property Management License. Topics include laws affecting property management, rental agreements, tenant relations after leasing and insurance. Book included.
Calling all future robotic inventors! Do you have a mechanical mind and like to build things? This summer program will be fun as well as educational as participants will learn engineering basics with an emphasis on explorations and trial and error field testing. Ages 12-14.
Participants will experience science in practice through an introduction to geocaching, a free real-world outdoor treasure hunt. This activity will be utilized to teach vector direction, to learn safety in the geocache settings, and to explore the natural environment. Ages 11-15.
