Piedmont Tech offers various types of instructional technology that faculty may use with their students. Just let us know what you need. We are happy to offer "in your office" training for many of the following topics:
 

NOMAD Training

Smart Room Training

Piedmont Tech's Smart Rooms incorporate equipment including a computer, AV equipment, a document camera, a multimedia projector, and student clicker systems.

Beyond Question™ Student Clicker System

Beyond Question™ is a system designed to improve student learning by increasing the quality and degree of interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. The system includes software, hand-held response units ("clickers"), and a receiver that allow instructors to receive and report information from all students in a class simultaneously.

Microsoft expert Corine Hoisington visited Piedmont Tech twice in 2008 to deliver training and teaching tips to college employees. Corine was gracious enough to share the following PowerPoint presentation:
