PRTC Team Takes Industry Cup Victory

A team of four representing Piedmont Rural Telephone Company captured the 19th Industry Cup at the 21st annual Piedmont Technical College Foundation Golf Classic. Fran Wiley, executive director of the Piedmont Technical College Foundation and tournament coordinator, right, presented the trophy to the winning foursome. Beating out more than 14 other teams, the winners were, from left to right, Robert E. Byrd, Randy Odom, Corey Crowley and James Gambrell. The PTC Foundation Golf Classic, held annually in April, raises money for student scholarships.
