Environmental analysis
committees consisting of
faculty, staff and
administrators are identifying
areas that must be strengthened
and new initiatives that must
be created to meet
the needs of the college's
service area. These teams are
focusing on global
issues, marketing, and the
internal environment. A steering
committee consisting of
institutional leaders and the
chairs of the environmental
analysis committees is also
working to execute the planning
process in a productive and
systematic way.
