Piedmont Technical College has provided three
ways to navigate its Compliance Certification reports.
Method 1: Table of Contents
A linked Table of Contents page appears when you click on the Compliance
Certification link on the SACS Portal Page. You may use this page to
navigate to the report of your choice. To return to the Table of Contents
at any time, simply click on the Table of Contents link in the left menu
of any report page.
Method 2: Folder Menu
A folder menu is also provided to help you navigate the Compliance
Certification reports by section. This menu will always be visible in the
left menu on any report page. By clicking on the "+" beside a folder, you
can open that folder to access links to individual reports.
Method 3: Previous & Next Links
For your convenience, we have also added "previous" and "next" links
at the top of each report to help you move through the Compliance
Certification in sequential order.
Note on ActiveX Control: If a warning
message appears that is similar to the one below, please click on the bar with the
warning message and select Allow Blocked Content. This will allow
the Web Site to function properly.

Accessing Files
For ease of use, Piedmont Technical College
has attempted to limit the file types used in the Compliance Certification
report; however, you may need to download the following free plug-in files
to access certain documentation.
Supporting documentation for each report is
provided twice. You will find superscripted, hyperlinked numerals within
narrative texts that will take you to supporting documents as you read.
You will find these same documents listed at the end of the narrative with
the same numeral that was used in the preceding text.
Finally, an A to Z Document Index has been
created to help you find most of the documents that have been referenced.
You will find the link to the Document Index within the folder menu on any
report page.
If you encounter problems
opening the supporting documents in a new window, please disable your
popup blockers.

Terms and
Definitions
During
the past few years our state system has undergone a name change, and
while the change was officially approved on a specific date, there are
many references to both titles in the various documents presented for
evidence. The same is true for certain positions and divisions at the
college. Changes had occurred, but there are still references to the
old titles.
