The Information Commons on the Lex Walters Campus (Greenwood) offers library materials, research help, computer services and software, and comfortable places to study. Library and computer services are also available in the Learning Resource Centers at our County Center locations.

Greater Library Access for Students

PTC students and employees who have fine-free library records can now be "visiting patrons" at almost any South Carolina college or university. With the "Visiting Patron" service, your current PTC ID Card becomes your ticket to drop-in at the college of your choice and check out library books while you are there. For details, contact the PTC Library or visit the PASCAL Delivers Web site.

A Place for Laptop Users

Use your own laptop on campus? You may occasionally need a place to power your battery. In the Information Commons, laptop users now have a new seating area that features table-top power units. Availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
