Many students may need proof of attendance at Piedmont Technical College to confirm their enrollment for insurance, student loans, housing authority, etc.  Follow the steps below if a confirmation of enrollment is required.

If you do not have a form, submit a request for enrollment verification form to the Student Records Office.  We will create an enrollment verification and issue to your insurance company or loan processor.
