Experience: Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited program and currently licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Two years of clinical experience in a senior living community or skilled nursing facility.
Skill: Ability to consistently supervise and provide comprehensive leadership. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills using practical problem solving and critical thinking. Demonstrate effective communication with supervisor and employees using excellent language skills. Demonstrate proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and has prior experience utilizing documentation application such as Optima and/or Casamba.

The Clinton Presbyterian Community is seeking a full time Director of Rehabilitation Services. Below is the pertinent information on the role.
Summary of Job: The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, programming, monitoring, and controlling all aspects within the Rehabilitation Services Department within the community served. This management position is responsible for maintaining operational integrity of both inpatient (RENEW) and outpatient rehabilitation services in the senior living community. The role will be instrumental in supporting the Divisional Director of Rehabilitation Services and participating in an in-house rehabilitation program. The Director of Rehabilitation will also provide related training within the department and across the senior living community.
Reporting Relationship: The Director of Rehabilitation will report to the Divisional Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Other Key Relationships: The Director of Rehabilitation will directly supervise all Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Therapist Assistants from the disciplines of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, as well as, all Rehabilitation Technicians. Collaboration with community ED/Administrator & Clinical Management will be necessary.
