Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree plus two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or Associate?s degree plus four (4) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Office management/administrative certification and knowledge of financial principles are preferred. Prefer knowledge of State procurement laws, regulations and policies.

Job Description:

Provides executive administrative assistance and coordination of special projects in support of the Vice President for Business Affairs. Serves as the College?s Purchasing Card Manager. Manages the office function of Vice President and manages projects that are assigned by the Vice President.

8:00 am ? 5:00 p.m., Monday ? Thursday
(1 hour lunch)
8:00 a.m. ? 1:30 p.m., Friday
