Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an Associate?s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. Preferred Requirements: A Bachelor?s degree in Communication or related field and five (5) years of related experience with at least two years supporting executive level management. Job Description:

Within broad guidelines established by the President, plans, coordinates, and performs administrative and fiscal activities to carry out the duties of the Office of the President. Manages all special events sponsored by the Office of the President and develops reports and presentations to support internal and external communication needs of the President. Acts as administrative liaison with internal and external constituencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage all aspects of the President's Office including, but not restricted to: maintaining the President's appointment schedule; developing correspondence from general guidelines and drafts; coordinating executive staff meetings, agendas, and follow-up schedules; maintaining and distributing minutes of executive staff meetings, compiling standard decision-making reports for the President; responding to requests for information or complaints in conjunction with the appropriate area of the College; reviewing incoming correspondence and routing to the appropriate office for action; and, delegating to and supervising part-time staff in routine office duties.
? Manage Commission meeting agenda development with input from Executive Staff members, draft for review and distribute approved correspondence with Commission members on routine matters; compile and distribute Commission meeting documents for all meetings and maintain and distribute minutes; prepare correspondence for the Commission Chair and Commission members as needed; and, maintain member term information and communicate with the delegation office as needed.
? Coordinate all special internal and external events hosted by the President's Office.
? Develop routine reports and presentations to support the work of the President.
? Develop and manage all budgets of the President's Office and review reports monthly with the President.
? Attend meetings for the President when assigned and report needed action. Participates in campus activities and committees and performs other duties as assigned.
