Requirements:

A 2 year Associates Degree or 5 to 10 years experience performing building maintenance or related field. Demonstrate a good electrical and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals. Must have very good interactive people skills. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Must be self motivated. Must have a SC drivers license.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be working in a church and thus a spiritual environment. The position is a working hands on maintenance supervisor position. Will be responsible for all areas of building maintenance; to include; janitorial, floor care, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and repairs to the building. Overseeing the grounds maintenance. Setting up and breaking down rooms for events and programs. There are 2 maintenance staff that report up to this position. Purchasing of supplies.

Schedule:
7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 to 12:00pm Fridays. Sunday mornings 6:30 to 12:30pm
