Bachelor?s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited school;

Responsible for leading the Lean and Six Sigma process deployment, training and mentoring with an added focus on the creation and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategies, which will lead to improvements in factory margins, product delivery performance, employee safety and reductions in product/process variation. The position directs the activities of the Operational Excellence and Quality Departments including building organizational capability within the function by hiring and developing top operational excellence and quality personnel and developing operational excellence and business acumen of the management team.
