Job Description:

Receives and handles complaints from customers in person and by telephone for the Utilities Department to include answering questions, dispatching work, writing work orders and routing them to correct crew to ensure complaints such as stopped up or broken sewer line,broken water lines, muddy water,water pressure,electrical lines down, low voltage, power outages, school flasher lights, traffic lights, tree limbs on lines, high utility bills,etc. are resolved; prepares letters, reports, and other correspondence for Utilities Director and other Utility Department personnel.
