Develops new business opportunities and nurtures existing business relationships to gain additional business within a specific account list of a geographical location. Key Responsibilities:
1.Develops new customer accounts.
2.Provides weekly written activity summary and individual call reports.
3.Penetrates existing customer accounts and build relationships within organization.
4.Responsible for commercial issues, internal to customer and McNaughton-McKay.
5.Participates in personal growth plan activities.
6.Focuses on account planning/top key accounts/facilities and develop / maintain territory plan.
7.Participates in overall product training with key vendors and partners.
8.Implements best practices in Sales Territory and accounts.
9.Engages other resources within McNaughton-McKay.
10.Creates, implements and revises procedures and instructions.
