Job Description:

The administrative assistant?s primary responsibilities are to provide administrative and clerical support services, and day-to-day operations support for the director and other personnel at the Downtown Campus and, because of limited staff, serve as primary problem solver when the director is unavailable; serve as receptionist for the Downtown Building; serve as primary campus cashier; serve as secondary student services coordinator and proctor; support and maintain internal operations and activities of the Downtown Campus; and coordinate and maintain communications with the Downtown Campus and other campus personnel as needed.

7:30 a.m. ? 4:00 p.m., Monday ? Thursday
(30 minute lunch)
7:30 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m., Friday
