Requirements:

?Responsible for maintenance of address and personal data information, gift entry, acknowledgements, receipting and tabulations using Sage software system.
?Responsible for all office correspondence and composition of letters.
?Perform daily maintenance of database files, produce records accordingly, and maintain standard office filing system to include but not limited to all hard copy and electronic files of office transactions.
?Maintain detailed financial records, including budgets and vendor payments, produce all fundraising and office documentation including monthly reports, calendars, activities, audit information, etc. for the Development Office.
?Coordinate the accounting (receivable and payables) generated by development activities of the Foundation. Coordinate financial information between the Foundation accounts and members of the College Business Office staff utilizing fundraising software and Quickbooks.
?Assist the Director of the Foundation in planning and executing all fundraising activities including the annual Benefactor/Recipient Breakfast, Family Giving Campaign, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Gala, and other activities as assigned.
?Coordinate the necessary arrangements in hosting meetings and events for the Director of Development and the ATC Foundation Board, produce and disseminate minutes of meetings in a timely fashion.
?Work with the Director of the Foundation in building and maintaining excellent relationships with donors and serve as the liaison with alumni.
?Performs all general administrative office functions to include: mail distribution, preparing requisitions, and maintaining inventory of office supplies, brochures, letterhead, envelopes, etc.
?Participate in Campus wide activities and committees and perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Associate?s Degree or a High School diploma and two (2) years of related work experience required. The ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations is also required. Knowledge of QuickBooks and donor database software such as Sage are preferred.

Job Description:

To ensure that the Office of Resource Development is run in an efficient, welcoming manner, and donor and office related records are maintained in an orderly fashion. To assist in development activities of the Aiken Technical College Foundation including fund raising, public relations, recognition programs, and event planning in addition to maintaining all accounting functions.To maintain financial records with regard to fundraising and to ensure that all donors are thanked and recognized for their gifts.
