Administrative Specialist II -Temporary Grant Position

This position is established under a federally funded four-year grant. The Administrative Specialist II will provide administrative support to the Project PILAU Manager. Administrative duties include but are not limited to: generating and processing correspondence to include letters, memorandums, programs, reports, and grant proposals; collecting, distributing, processing, and screening incoming mail for the program staff and the Project PILAU Manager; maintaining all records for the Project PILAU; preparing reports; making travel arrangements for Project PILAU staff.
