Wages/Salary: $20,000 – $20,650 annually
Cleaning experience required. Commercial cleaning and floor cleaning experience is preferred. Work Ready SC Career Readiness Certificate is preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history
Maintains assigned area in a clean and orderly condition. Completes paperwork as needed.
Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions. Must be physically able to work off of a ladder, carry mop and bucket up and down stairs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machine, wet vacuum, shampoo machine, and carpet vacuum. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have ability to interact regularly with students and University personnel. Basic computer skills and knowledge.
(37.5 hours per week. Position may be required to work evenings and weekends as needed.)
