Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus two years’ relevant experience, or a high school diploma plus four years’ relevant experience. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in financial aid, counseling, or student services at the post-secondary level.

Job Description:

Counsels applicants on all aspects of financial aid and processes federal applications.  Responsible for counseling students about the financial aid process, aid sources, eligibility requirements, and satisfactory academic progress.  Responsible for file processing and verification.  Assists in managing veterans’ educational programs.

Schedule:
8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday & Tuesday
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Wednesday – Thursday
(1-hour lunch, Monday - Thursday)
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Friday (may be required to work 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a rotation schedule)
Schedule may be adjusted depending on the needs of the office.
