Must have strong work ethics and positive attitudes. Must have knowledge in food service operations to include food preparation and kitchen organization with one or more years of full food service cooking experience. Must be 18 yeears of age or older with ability to work with minimal supervision. High school diploma preferred--basic reading and writing skills required.
Prepares, cooks and plates up food for the food service operations. Receives, stores and maintains food products in a safe and sanitary manner. Cleans kitchen equipment and kitchen area throughout the work period. Safeguards and conducts inventories of supplies and equipment.
