Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in an information technology environment, or another environment providing information technology assistance, training and/or support. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.

Job Description:

Responsible for serving as Information Security Officer and Information Technology Services (ITS) Training coordinator. Provides aid to academic and administrative areas in accessing data, and ensuring compliance with state information security policies. Also assists with other faculty and staff training and support needs such as Microsoft Office Productivity Applications, iPad and Windows. Ensures rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of customer support services.

Schedule:
Regular Work Hours: 8:30am ?5:00pm, Monday ?Friday
Summer Work Hours: 7:30am ?5:30pm, Monday ?Wednesday & 7:30am ?5:00pm, Thursday
(Occasional evening and weekend work is required. Overnight travel may be required.)
