Wages/Salary: Job is performance based and compensation will reflect so, most managers with peak performance will make between 47k and 55K. A base salary of 38,0000 will be paid with a 60% bonus compensation structure.

As a Unit Manager for Waffle House, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour, quick-service restaurant which requires the staffing and supervision of 20 to 30 Associates. The demands of managing this type of business are challenging and require a dedicated individual who possesses excellent people skills, a competitive spirit, enthusiasm and an outstanding work ethic.
