?2-year degree (technical or engineering related), 4-yr degree a plus
?2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
?Must be familiar with programming languages/PLC?s (Allen Bradley, etc.)
?Must have technical writing experience, strong written and verbal communication skills
?Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel
?Video shooting/editing, online testing and database management skills strongly preferred
?Must be comfortable working with all levels of staff and management
?Previous training/HR experience a plus
?SAP experience a plus

?Track and develop department-specific skills through database development, charts and training sessions
?Create training manuals, videos and procedures for operations and equipment maintenance
?Design and build hands-on simulation for Programmable Logic Control (PLC), pneumatics, sensors, conveyors and other skills for technician development
?Create online tests for verification of technician knowledge level
?Work with Personnel staff, engineers, technicians, operators, managers and technical training staff to accomplish training-related goals
?Data entry of training-related information into SAP, spreadsheets and other software; database creation and maintenance
?Technical writing and creation of online training classes
?Assist with scheduling and set-up of training classes
?Shoot and edit training videos
