Reporting Analyst

A nationally recognized automotive accessory sales, service and distribution center is currently seeking a dynamic individual to Maintain their Database and compile necessary reporting.

Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Duncan, SC
Salary: $30k and up DOE

Position Description: Ensure accurate reporting of monthly and annual incentive programs designed to increase purchases of customers. Assist in evaluation process of success of each incentive program by building analysis of the final results.
Duties of this position include:
1. Monthly reporting of listing of all customers with active contracts and update lists to add or remove customers.
2. Generate monthly reporting indicating sales productivity and provide productivity statuses by region of sales team's goals.
3. Submit to Accounting journal entry file by month-end close deadline so bonus payment is posted to DC operating statements within the same month earned.

4. Develop and update weekly tracking reports to monitor sales team progress towards attaining qualifying criteria for monthly programs. Issue incentive credits to customer accounts and submit journal entry file to Accounting to credit for customer payments. Develop and update monthly tracking reports.

5. For budget forecasting purposes, compute monthly projection of the total dollar payout for this annual program to provide to the Financial Controlling group.
