Senior Customer Sales Representative

The Senior Customer Sales Representative (?Senior CSR?) represents Northland to customers and prospective customers in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner. The senior CSR reports to the Customer Service Manager and will train CSR?S and assist with leading and supervising the CSR team to:
? Gain and maintain knowledge and understand all northland products and services.
? Communicate with, and educate our customers regarding northland?s services in a courteous, positive, informative and effective manner including providing product demonstrations;
? Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to promote and advance system goals through the use of effective customer retention and sales techniques while meeting the needs of the customer.

The successful candidate displays energetic positive attitude with an enthusiasm for strong customer service and is sales orientated with an inclination towards helping to proactively handle customer needs. The selected candidate will have excellent, positive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain a solid understanding of Northland products, pricing, and special promotions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public and is motivated to help others.
