Requirements:

A 10th grade education and three and one-half (3.5) years of related trades experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.
A valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL). (NOTE): This position requires a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License within six (6) months of placement in the position. However, applicants without a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License will be considered if no qualified applicants with a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License are available.

Job Description:

Assists in the installation, maintenance and repair of traffic signals or similar electrical systems. Assists with preventive maintenance checks on traffic signal equipment. Performs other job related duties, including on call for after hour emergencies. Inspects contract work and maintains related documentation. Assists in electrical work on maintenance buildings within the District. Assists in the maintenance of all equipment.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)/ Full-Time
