REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate?s degree plus two (2) years directly related work experience; or high school diploma plus four (4) years directly related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Be proficient with water source heating and cooling HVAC systems; Multi-skilled with a background in a variety of areas such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical type work; strong background in Commercial HVAC water source heating and cooling systems and electrical components such as HVAC controls and troubleshooting motor controls, lighting systems and be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and schematics; Familiar working knowledge of Building Automation Systems, preferably Siemens.
To provide a variety of tasks at the downtown Evans Center to support the maintenance of facilities and equipment owned by Spartanburg Community College. Complete broad range of maintenance, renovation and construction projects as assigned. Use maintenance management system to receive and complete all work orders
7:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m., Monday ? Thursday
