Financial Aid Disbursements

Financial aid disbursements have been sent as originally scheduled.

If you are set up for direct deposit, your funds should have been deposited by September 30.

Paper checks were mailed on September 30, and delivery times may vary.

To check if you should have received a disbursement:

  • Log in to your Pathway Account.
  • Go to Tuition and Aid.
  • View the Class Summary and Account Statement (2nd link under the Business Office Block).
  • Click Run Report.
  • The disbursement amount will be listed under Charges.
  • If there is no disbursement amount listed, you did not have a credit at the time of disbursement.

For those set up with direct deposit but haven't received their funds, first contact your bank to check if the disbursement is pending. If not, then email businessoffice@ptc.edu.
