Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field + 1 yr experience in
computer system development and modification; or Associate's degree in computer science,
computer technology, or related field + 3 yrs experience in computer system development and
modification; or high school diploma + 5 yrs experience in computer system development and
modification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with extracting, reporting, and analyzing data internally and externally. Data analysis
skills as they relate to externally sponsored funding and project reporting.

Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES In this challenging role, you will support the Quality and Planning department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following: -Extraction of data from GTC databases and systems for the completion of annual external data requests and reports. Requests and reports include, but are not limited to SCOIS, College Board, Petersons, ACT, and assigned institutional initiatives. -Implementing and maintaining departmental websites, data warehouse, portal pages, databases, and other modes of making data and resources available to appropriate stakeholders as assigned by the Director of Quality and Planning. -Extraction of data from GTC databases and systems and the analysis and reporting of data for the completion of ad hoc data requests as assigned by the Director of Quality and Planning received from internal and external customers. -Maintaining compliance with state and federally required consumer information disclosures by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and updating required data points. -Extraction and analysis of data to prepare reports and presentations for institutional initiatives, research requests, and externally sponsored funding projects as assigned by the Director of Quality and Planning.
