Requirements:

A high school diploma and four (4) years of related work experience; or an approved acceptable
equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Personal computer experience.
Experience with Preconstsruction Project Management System (PPMS) and Microsoft Office software.

Job Description:

Serves as Administrative Assistant for the Obligation management Office. Creates and
maintains all project folders including all documents for the Obligations Management manual project filing system. Prepares archive documents and arranges shipment of closed projects to the Blockhouse. Prepares and submits payroll for the Federal Aid and Cash Management Section. Orders office supplies and ensures proper office supply levels. Receives and distributes office mail. Serves as office receptionist by answering and directing phone calls and provides assistance as needed.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)/ FTE - Part-Time
This position works thirty (30) hours per week.
