Job Description:

Piedmont Technical College is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Vice President for Business and Finance in the management of the finances and operational procedures of the College. Oversee and coordinate the implementation of all operational procedures among the Business and Finance divisions of the college; support the other areas of the division (Business, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement, Financial Aid and Grants). Responsible for computerized accounting and financial records, and other records required to control and monitor the funds of the institution.
Incumbent must have knowledge of administrative duties for Executive Mgmt. Ability to screen calls, make travel & meeting arrangements, prepare reports & financial data, train & super-vise other support staff, and customer relations. Requires strong computer & internet research skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients. Highly organized and able to work independently.
