Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will support the CCD/EHS department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following: -Performs standard administrative support for Health Care programs and program managers including but not limited to course creations, assembling and maintaining new student packets, preparing student files, ordering, assembling and maintaining course materials, reserving and verifying room reservations in R25 software and verification of instructor coverage. -Prepares certificate of completion and proper documentation of course completion in student manager software. -Closes out program files and prepares the file for retention and audit requirements. -Provides online access, student notification, student and programmer assistance for Health Care classes related to Health Streams software; functions as the liaison with the vendor and verifies the billing invoice. -Maintains program files for budgetary, record retention and audit purposes; tracks student payment plans and follows up on outstanding balances. -Maintains student files for record audits and clinical requirements; runs reports for criminal background checks.
-Performs general marketing tasks for program offerings. -Orders supplies, materials, and books for assigned programs. -Attends meetings for the Division and the Department. -Serves on Department committees when requested. -Other duties as assigned by Program Manager and/or Department Head.
