Wages/Salary: The state salary range is from $24,881.00 - $46,033.00 annually. The agency hiring range minimum is $27,120.00 and the maximum is $46,033.00.

Requirements:

The requirements are a high school diploma and four (4) years of work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.

Job Description:

The position prepares and maintains routine fiscal records; standard financial reports and payroll for McCormick Maintenance; supervises staff to include preparing performance planning and evaluation documents and related personnel work; researches, processes personnel and prepares correspondence and reports expeditiously in a concise and professional manner; files and maintains tracking system of correspondence; responds to letters of a general nature; coordinates and processes personnel actions for the unit. Serves as a central contact for
personnel matters; interprets personnel policies and procedures; performs activities necessary for the requisition, storage, distribution, and inventory control of supplies and equipment in accordance with state and agency policies, procedures and regulations. Supervises nontechnical and clerical personnel in preparing payroll documents, requisitioning supplies and equipment and in the maintenance of business records, related reports and files; serves as secretary and assistant to the Resident Maintenance Engineer. Serves as liaison between agency management and the general pubic to provide information and to address concerns; attends meetings on matters concerning business activities and serves as the units liaison for
such matters; coordinates the provision of auxiliary service including printing, maintenance, security, mail, Adopt-A-Highway, and Wellness programs. Acts as trainer for new computer programs including HMMS, PDGS, SPORTS, STARS, SCEIS, and others.

Schedule:
The schedule would be from Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
