Job Description:
Provides clerical and administrative support, maintaining supplies and equipment, picking up and delivering items and serving customers to maintain an efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for distribution
- Fax, scan and copy documents and medical records
- Maintain office filing and storage system
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and assist with ordering supplies
- Perform work related errands as requested
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Reports to Office Manager or Administrator (depending on size of the office)
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Coordinate with team leaders in arranging meeting
- Transport goods from one location to another. This includes mail delivery, equipment, supplies, packages and more
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
