Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree plus one year related work experience; or an associate degree plus three years’ related work experience; or a high school diploma plus five years’ related work experience.  Requires the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute and basic knowledge of computer operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Five years’ related work experience in higher education is preferred.

Job Description:

As Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs, independently performs a variety of complex administrative and office management duties in a major division of the College.

Schedule:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday
(1 hour lunch)
8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Friday
