Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree and two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an Associate?s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. Preferred Requirements: A Bachelor?s degree in Communication or related field and five (5) years of related experience with at least two years supporting executive level management. Work hours may vary from normal business hours to accommodate the business needs or schedule of the President or the Area Commission.

Job Description:

Within broad guidelines established by the President, plans, coordinates, and performs administrative and fiscal activities to carry out the duties of the Office of the President. Manages all special events sponsored by the Office of the President and develops reports and presentations to support internal and external communication needs of the President. Acts as administrative liaison with internal and external constituencies.
