Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
Experience in South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS)

Job Description:

Receives and secure incoming bids and quotations, prepares bid opening documents,
participates in bid openings, and records bid tabulations. Posts award notices physically and on the web. Trains to assist vendors in downloading bid documents and in preparation of bid packets for mailing if necessary. Acts as quality control for bid documents to ensure all necessary documents are in the bid file. Trains to serve as primary timekeeper for the Procurement Office to include managing leave slips and time entry. Trains to assist with credit card notifications, credit card distribution and tracking and with user classroom instruction.Reviews sole source files and communicates with requestors on pending renewal of sole source determinations as necessary. Enters training records into the Employee Training System. Prepares mileage reports, maintains customer satisfaction surveys and manages office supplies.
