Minimum and Additional Requirements
A High School Diploma, or higher and two (2) years of clerical experience.
Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute.
Considerable knowledge of established office procedures and a working knowledge of established internal administrative support procedures. Ability to collect, compile, and assemble raw data in an accurate and efficient manner. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff members and the general public. Ability to interpret and apply complex office procedures and exercise good judgment in making decisions. Must be able to operate business machines and move about the office with ease.
Must have a valid license and access to a motor vehicle. Ability to access 4/ 5 drawer file cabinets and/or various filing systems. Ability to enter information into computer. Ability to lift upto 30 pounds.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Specialist II for our Upstate Region who performs administrative and secretarial duties in support of the agency's management. Provides routine and specialized administrative support.
The Administrative Specialist II coordinates all LCMS information and scanning of all documents to classify for LCMS.
Prepares push reports and Title IV reports at the request of the County Director and/or Attorney.
Acts as liaison between the Attorney, County Director, Adoptions, Interagency System for Caring for Emotionally Disturbed Children (ISCEDC), State Office, and GAL for information regarding Court hearings and orders.
Delivers legal documents for cases to appropriate reporting agencies for timeliness of hearings.
