A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and
modification. A bachelor?s degree is preferred. Programing experience in Oracle and Oracle Development Tools, Banner experience, Visual Basic, PL/SQL, XML, Java, CSS needed. Valid driver?s license is required. Must have knowledge of computer system analysis, design, testing, debugging, and maintenance techniques. Extensive knowledge of computer programing languages needed. Ability to work and communicate effectively with users, vendors, faculty and staff members. Ability to plan, direct, instruct, and review the work of technical personnel.
Designs and implements new computing systems and enhances existing systems under
limited supervision.
