Job Description:

Will assist Director in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to:
? Answering telephone enquiries
? Proctoring examinations
? Receiving forms and documentation from students and submitting electronically to proper departments
? Scheduling appointments
? Distributing course materials
? Monitoring distance learning classrooms.
? Assisting students with Financial Aid and Admissions processes.
? Basic clerical duties

Schedule:
8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday
15 to 30 hours per week
