A high school diploma, or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A valid motor vehicle operator's license. May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends or holidays, and during inclement weather or other emergencies

Job Description:

Under general supervision, assists in the administration of State Right-of-Way Office which regulates private construction within right-of-way. Reviews permit applications for accuracy and proper documentation according to the departments regulations. Assists staff in processing encroachment information by generating relevant documentation and correspondence. Assists department engineering staff, engineering firms, utility companies and general public with rightof- way research. Performs investigations for illegal encroachments on the right-of-way. Receives and provides assistance in retrieving various documents to investigate complaints from the department engineering staff, city and county administrators and engineers and the general public. Performs other related duties as required.

Schedule:
FTE - Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 - 5:00)
