Requirements:

A high school diploma, or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A valid motor vehicle operator's license. May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends or holidays, and during inclement weather or other emergencies

Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs technical duties in the area of construction inspection and surveying. Trains by assisting other inspectors with all phases of construction work in the specific area of asphalt roadway on complex road and bridge projects. Prepares daily work reports, field notes, traffic control reports and other construction reports. Assists inspectors in obtaining necessary construction samples. Assists in computing and compiling quantities involved in roadway and bridge construction projects. Performs duties in the survey party as rodman, chainman and axman. Assists in running line and grade, sets up level and transit for surveying. Performs other related duties as required.

Schedule:
FTE - Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 - 5:00)
