Major Responsibilities:
• Exercise critical thinking when performing job duties (this will be imperative while performing tasks which you are responsible and beneficial for career growth)
• Provide support to our team of Solution Managers by displaying initiative and critical thinking in order to deliver solutions to our clients and business partners
• Process transactions in Benefitfirst as related to specific tasks in support of our clients and business partners
• Back-up Customer Care Center Phone Support
• Perform other duties as assigned
Primary Functions: ( After 90 Day Training Period)
• Provide assistance and support to our team of Solution Managers, clients and business partners
• The development of client renewal materials including system Setup Guides & COBRA enrollment packets
• Provide technical support on how to use Benefitfirst to our clients & answer benefit questions when service is offered
• Provide excellent customer service through timely & accurate completion of all job responsibilities
• Add a layer of efficiency to the onboarding & renewal process
• Develop expertise in using Benefitfirst
• Display a sense of urgency for monitoring the Onboarding & Renewal Timelines
• Provide excellence in customer service to our clients
• Display initiative to develop skills and knowledge that will position you as a future Solution Manager candidate.
Education and Experience: College degree preferred or high school diploma and equivalent work experience in human resources, employee benefits administration, L & H insurance or payroll administration (Licensed in LAH a plus)
The Assistant Solution Manager provides assistance to Solution Managers and our clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with the development of set-up guides, implementation guides and benefit guides; putting together enrollment kits and benefit guides; and providing technical support on how to use Benefitfirst to our clients via our Benefits Helpline. Assistant Solution Managers add a layer of efficiency to the new business and renewal process and provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate completion of all job responsibilities.
