Broadband Technician
Responsibilities include coordinating the business services installation process and providing network and headend monitoring, support troubleshooting, and planning for advanced services within the region(s). The position demonstrates a commitment to customer service by exceeding customers’ expectations through installation and assisting with problem solving and to serve as a training resource to Technical and Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and Account Executives to respond to customer needs.
A minimum of one year of related CATV experience is required, plus a degree in engineering or network systems preferred. Minimum two years’ experience in problem solving broadband IP high-speed cable modem service and VoIP telephone service or similar experience. Candidate must posses a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
