Savannah Lakes Village is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to install, service and repair electrical and/or plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Duties include installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, circuits and fixtures, streetlights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems. Also performs HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical repairs as required on SLV buildings and property.

Minimum Experience: Five years of experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance with advanced electrical and plumbing skills or equivalent trade experience. References and satisfactory work history required.

Must possess a valid driver?s license with a 3 year good driving record. A High School diploma and ability to physically lift 50 lbs unaided are required. Must have knowledge and understanding of applicable safety rules and regulations.

Monday - Thursday / 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
