Requirements:

Degree preferred.  Certified Dietary Manager, Dietician. Experience in long term care / rehabilitation, hospital, or similar environment.  Knowledge of DHEC regulations, doctor ordered diets and care plans.

Job Description:

The Nutrition Services Director/Dietitian is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nutrition Services Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, facility established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided.
